Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on

Present: Councillors S Greenwood; N Brownbridge;
H Brownbridge; M Swift
In Attendance,Adrian Smith ERYCC, Andy Thorley PBS
The meeting opened with a presentation as to the latest position with regard to the bridge works. Work was proceeding satisfactorily and the replacement of the infill had started as there were no problems once all the material had been removed. Given decent weather and no unexpected issues there was a possibility that the road could be re-opened by Christmas.

- Apologies were received from County Councillor Jordan, District Councillor Peart, and Councillor Philip Brownbridge.
- The minutes of the meetings held on 1st September 2015 were approved and signed.
- A payment of £465.00 was approved to NAFAS for the spring grasscutting.
- It was reported that the second half of the precept had been received.
- It was agreed that a contractor should be asked to tidy the war memorial for the winter.
- The Council considered a planning application for an extension at Bees Cottage and decided to make no comments.
- The next meeting was arranged for the 12th January 2016 at 730 pm.
